1. Acceptance of terms
By using this website or applying for Fitness by Freddy coaching services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Coaching services themselves are additionally governed by a separate signed client service agreement once your package and details are confirmed.
2. Services described on this website
Package pricing shown on this website reflects the official Fitness by Freddy price guide current at the time of publishing. Prices may be reviewed and updated; existing signed agreements remain subject to their own written terms.
3. Payments
Monthly payments are paid in advance, before training starts. Where EFT or manual payment is used, proof of payment must be provided for admin tracking. No confirmed session or package activation occurs without payment or an agreed payment arrangement.
4. Cancellation & notice
Cancellation and notice terms are set out in your individual client service agreement, including any applicable notice period for month-to-month arrangements.
5. Annual increases
A standard annual increase may apply to long-term agreements unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fitness by Freddy will notify clients before any increase is applied.
6. Health & liability
Clients are required to disclose relevant health, injury and medication information before starting training. Fitness by Freddy's coaching does not replace medical, physiotherapy or other professional healthcare advice.
7. Minors
Where a client is under 18, these terms apply jointly to the client and their parent/guardian, and parent/guardian consent is required before any agreement is activated.
