Refund Policy

Draft document — requires final legal review before public launch. This page sets out a strong working foundation based on general South African legal and privacy (POPIA) principles, but it has not yet been reviewed by a qualified attorney. It will be updated once that review is complete.
1. General approach
Fitness by Freddy packages are sold on the basis described in the official price guide and your individual client service agreement. Once a term package (3, 6 or 12 months) is paid, it is generally non-refundable except as set out below or as required by law.
2. Limited campaign offers
Special or campaign packages, including the Transformation Package, are once-off offers with limited spaces. Refund eligibility for campaign packages is assessed individually and confirmed in writing by Coach Freddy.
3. Cancellations
Cancellation and notice terms are set out in your individual client service agreement. Amounts already paid for services already delivered are not refundable.
4. How to request a refund review
To raise a refund query, contact admin@fitnessbyfreddy.com with your name and package details. Requests are reviewed individually by Coach Freddy.
